1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the COMPINI platform published by Soumatic.
2. User account
Registration is free. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
3. Free trial
A free 30-day trial is offered to every newly registered company. No credit card required.
4. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in GNF, via Orange Money, MTN MoMo, PayCard or Visa through ChapChapPay.
5. Service availability
Soumatic strives to ensure 24/7 availability. A 99.5% SLA is guaranteed on the Agency plan.
6. Customer data
The customer retains ownership of their data. Soumatic never uses this data for commercial purposes.
7. Termination
The customer may terminate at any time. Access remains active until the end of the paid period. Data is retained for 30 days for recovery.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Guinean law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Conakry courts.
